A huge thank you

I would like to thank you all for your amazing support of the Bursary we have established in Mike’s memory.  So far, we have raised 18 000€ - a fantastic amount – and enough to support a student each year for three years on the ADVAC course.

We have recently received from the ADVAC organisers a short-list of 4 candidates. Mike’s colleague and friend, Angus Thomson, has put together a panel to review the candidates and, based on pre-defined criteria, will select the recipient of this year’s bursary in the next week or so.  All the candidates are from low/middle-income countries with great CVs and a real passion for vaccinology.  Once selected we will introduce the student to you.

 The Bursary donation sites are still open so don’t hesitate in sharing the details with friends, family and colleagues.
